Workshop Facilitator – Critical Thinking – Xi’an

Client demand in Critical Thinking continues to develop, and we are adding capable Workshop Facilitator profiles for work tied to Xi’an and regional corporate teams.

Position Summary

The work is likely to involve practical corporate learning, facilitation, and knowledge transfer rather than purely theoretical instruction. We are prioritising trainers who can keep sessions structured, commercially relevant, and aligned with the client brief.

This opportunity is targeted at a strong facilitator with proven Critical Thinking expertise and experience supporting corporate teams, individual contributors, and managers across Asia. The brief focuses on practical delivery, stakeholder alignment, and high-quality learner engagement.

What Success Looks Like

Delivery is expected to take place in a In-Person format, with the engagement currently framed as Short Series support.

  • Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Critical Thinking content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.

Who This Would Suit

Demonstrable expertise in Critical Thinking; confidence running workshops, training, or advisory sessions for corporate audiences; strong facilitation, practical examples, and the ability to move from concept to workplace application; comfortable working in in-person environments.

  • Proven subject-matter credibility in Critical Thinking with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
  • Availability for project-based work linked to Xi’an, China, and wider Asia where relevant.
  • Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
  • Comfort operating in In-Person settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.

Ideal candidates will have worked across professional skills, problem solving, emotional intelligence, or workplace effectiveness programmes, with the credibility to engage client stakeholders and deliver practical learning outcomes for business audiences.
