Assignment Overview

This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused trainer with hands-on Critical Thinking credibility and experience working with corporate teams, individual contributors, and managers in Tel Aviv, Israel, and across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients strengthen professional effectiveness, collaboration, and day-to-day judgment.

The assignment requires a trainer who can structure material clearly, manage professional audiences confidently, and adapt delivery to different sectors, teams, and levels of experience.

Delivery Scope

• Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Critical Thinking content easier to apply after the session.
• Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
• Deliver structured Critical Thinking training sessions for client teams linked to Tel Aviv and wider Asia.
• Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
• Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
• Proven subject-matter credibility in Critical Thinking with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
• Availability for project-based work linked to Tel Aviv, Israel, and wider Asia where relevant.
• Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
• Comfort operating in In-Person settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.

Clear subject-matter credibility in Critical Thinking; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; strong facilitation, practical examples, and the ability to move from concept to workplace application; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.

Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in professional skills, problem solving, emotional intelligence, or workplace effectiveness programmes, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.
