Ultimahub is expanding its trainer network for Critical Thinking and is looking for a credible Programme Coach who can support assignments linked to Ningbo and wider regional demand.

Role Overview

We are building our pool of trusted coachs for Critical Thinking assignments across Asia. The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients strengthen professional effectiveness, collaboration, and day-to-day judgment.

The assignment requires a trainer who can structure material clearly, manage professional audiences confidently, and adapt delivery to different sectors, teams, and levels of experience.

What You Will Support

• Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
• Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Critical Thinking content easier to apply after the session.
• Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
• Deliver structured Critical Thinking training sessions for client teams linked to Ningbo and wider Asia.
• Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven subject-matter credibility in Critical Thinking with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
• Availability for project-based work linked to Ningbo, China, and wider Asia where relevant.
• Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
• Comfort operating in Hybrid settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
• A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.

Hands-on credibility in Critical Thinking; experience facilitating learning for business teams; strong facilitation, practical examples, and the ability to move from concept to workplace application; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.

A good fit for independent trainers, consultants, or internal capability specialists whose background includes professional skills, problem solving, emotional intelligence, or workplace effectiveness programmes in corporate or enterprise environments.
