This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused trainer with hands-on Critical Thinking & Problem Solving credibility and experience working with corporate teams, individual contributors, and managers across Asia. From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Short Series work delivered primarily in a In-Person environment.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
- Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Critical Thinking & Problem Solving content easier to apply after the session.
- Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
- Deliver structured Critical Thinking & Problem Solving training sessions for client teams linked to Tel Aviv and wider Asia.
- Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
- Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
Preferred Background
Clear subject-matter credibility in Critical Thinking & Problem Solving; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; strong facilitation, practical examples, and the ability to move from concept to workplace application; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.
Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in professional skills, problem solving, emotional intelligence, or workplace effectiveness programmes, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.
