Role Overview

We are building our pool of trusted facilitators for Critical Thinking & Problem Solving assignments in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and across Asia. The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients strengthen professional effectiveness, collaboration, and day-to-day judgment.

The role is intended for trainers who can move comfortably between subject expertise, stakeholder discussion, and practical learner application. Sessions should remain relevant to real workplace use rather than abstract theory.

The expected delivery mode for this brief is Hybrid, and the role should be approached as a Short Series requirement.

What You Will Support

  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Critical Thinking & Problem Solving content easier to apply after the session.

What We Are Looking For

Hands-on credibility in Critical Thinking & Problem Solving; experience facilitating learning for business teams; strong facilitation, practical examples, and the ability to move from concept to workplace application; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.

A good fit for independent trainers, consultants, or internal capability specialists whose background includes professional skills, problem solving, emotional intelligence, or workplace effectiveness programmes in corporate or enterprise environments.

  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
  • Proven subject-matter credibility in Critical Thinking & Problem Solving with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
  • Availability for project-based work linked to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and wider Asia where relevant.
