  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
  • Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.

Demonstrable expertise in Emotional Intelligence; confidence running workshops, training, or advisory sessions for corporate audiences; strong facilitation, practical examples, and the ability to move from concept to workplace application; comfortable working in hybrid environments.
