We are seeking a delivery-ready Programme Coach with proven Emotional Intelligence capability for assignments connected to Almaty, Kazakhstan, and broader Asia.
Role Overview
We are building our pool of trusted coachs for Emotional Intelligence assignments across Asia. The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients strengthen professional effectiveness, collaboration, and day-to-day judgment.
Assignments may range from focused workshops to short capability programmes, depending on the client scope, learner profile, and delivery context. The strongest candidates will be able to adapt content without losing clarity or commercial relevance.
Delivery is expected to take place in a Hybrid format, with the engagement currently framed as Coaching support.
What You Will Support
- Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
- Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
- Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
- Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Emotional Intelligence content easier to apply after the session.
- Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
- Deliver structured Emotional Intelligence training sessions for client teams linked to Almaty and wider Asia.
What We Are Looking For
Hands-on credibility in Emotional Intelligence; experience facilitating learning for business teams; strong facilitation, practical examples, and the ability to move from concept to workplace application; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.
A good fit for independent trainers, consultants, or internal capability specialists whose background includes professional skills, problem solving, emotional intelligence, or workplace effectiveness programmes in corporate or enterprise environments.
- Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
- Comfort operating in Hybrid settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
- A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
