APAC Training Advisor (Tehran) – Emotional Intelligence

We are building our pool of trusted professionals for Emotional Intelligence delivery and are now seeking a strong APAC Training Advisor for client needs connected to Tehran and Asia.

Assignment Overview

Assignments may range from focused workshops to short capability programmes, depending on the client scope, learner profile, and delivery context. The strongest candidates will be able to adapt content without losing clarity or commercial relevance.

Client is seeking an experienced advisor to deliver Emotional Intelligence training for corporate teams, individual contributors, and managers across Asia. The assignment suits a commercially credible facilitator who can help clients strengthen professional effectiveness, collaboration, and day-to-day judgment.

Delivery Scope

From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Consulting work delivered primarily in a Hybrid environment.

  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
  • Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
  • Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
  • Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.

Candidate Profile

Strong practical expertise in Emotional Intelligence; prior experience delivering corporate learning or facilitation engagements; strong facilitation, practical examples, and the ability to move from concept to workplace application; able to tailor delivery for adult learners and client stakeholders.

  • Comfort operating in Hybrid settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
  • A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
  • Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.

Strong fit for consultants, trainers, or practitioners with experience in professional skills, problem solving, emotional intelligence, or workplace effectiveness programmes and a track record of supporting professional capability-building initiatives.
