Role Overview

This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused consultant with hands-on Professional Presence credibility and experience working with corporate teams, individual contributors, and managers across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients strengthen professional effectiveness, collaboration, and day-to-day judgment.

The assignment requires a trainer who can structure material clearly, manage professional audiences confidently, and adapt delivery to different sectors, teams, and levels of experience.

Delivery is expected to take place in a In-Person format, with the engagement currently framed as Consulting support.

What You Will Support

• Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
• Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
• Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Professional Presence content easier to apply after the session.
• Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
• Deliver structured Professional Presence training sessions for client teams linked to Dalian and wider Asia.
• Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.

What We Are Looking For

Clear subject-matter credibility in Professional Presence; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; strong facilitation, practical examples, and the ability to move from concept to workplace application; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.

Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in professional skills, problem solving, emotional intelligence, or workplace effectiveness programmes, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.

• Proven subject-matter credibility in Professional Presence with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
• Availability for project-based work linked to Dalian, China, and wider Asia where relevant.
• Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
