Instructor (Riyadh) – Resilience & Adaptability

We are building our pool of trusted professionals for Resilience & Adaptability delivery and are now seeking a strong Instructor for client needs connected to Riyadh and Asia.

Role Overview

The role is intended for trainers who can move comfortably between subject expertise, stakeholder discussion, and practical learner application. Sessions should remain relevant to real workplace use rather than abstract theory.

Client is seeking an experienced instructor to deliver Resilience & Adaptability training for corporate teams, individual contributors, and managers across Asia. The assignment suits a commercially credible facilitator who can help clients strengthen professional effectiveness, collaboration, and day-to-day judgment.

What You Will Support

The current requirement points to Remote / Virtual delivery and should suit someone comfortable supporting One-Off Assignment projects.

  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Resilience & Adaptability content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured Resilience & Adaptability training sessions for client teams linked to Riyadh and wider Asia.
  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
  • Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
  • Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.

What We Are Looking For

Strong practical expertise in Resilience & Adaptability; prior experience delivering corporate learning or facilitation engagements; strong facilitation, practical examples, and the ability to move from concept to workplace application; able to tailor delivery for adult learners and client stakeholders.

  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
  • Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
  • Proven subject-matter credibility in Resilience & Adaptability with evidence of practical business or corporate application.

Strong fit for consultants, trainers, or practitioners with experience in professional skills, problem solving, emotional intelligence, or workplace effectiveness programmes and a track record of supporting professional capability-building initiatives.
