Client is seeking an experienced consultant to deliver Resilience & Adaptability training for corporate teams, individual contributors, and managers across Asia. The assignment suits a commercially credible facilitator who can help clients strengthen professional effectiveness, collaboration, and day-to-day judgment.

What You Will Support

The current requirement points to In-Person delivery and should suit someone comfortable supporting Consulting projects.

• Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Resilience & Adaptability content easier to apply after the session.
• Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
• Deliver structured Resilience & Adaptability training sessions for client teams linked to Ahmedabad and wider Asia.
• Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
• Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
• Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.

What We Are Looking For

Strong practical expertise in Resilience & Adaptability; prior experience delivering corporate learning or facilitation engagements; strong facilitation, practical examples, and the ability to move from concept to workplace application; able to tailor delivery for adult learners and client stakeholders.

• Availability for project-based work linked to Ahmedabad, India, and wider Asia where relevant.
• Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
• Comfort operating in In-Person settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
• A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
