Singapore-Based Senior Facilitator – Time Management

We are building our pool of trusted professionals for Time Management delivery and are now seeking a strong Senior Facilitator for client needs connected to Singapore and Asia.

We expect this work to suit trainers who are organised, responsive, and comfortable shaping delivery around business context, participant maturity, and operational realities.

Client is seeking an experienced facilitator to deliver Time Management training for corporate teams, individual contributors, and managers across Asia. The assignment suits a commercially credible facilitator who can help clients strengthen professional effectiveness, collaboration, and day-to-day judgment.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Delivery is expected to take place in a In-Person format, with the engagement currently framed as Short Series support.

  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Time Management content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured Time Management training sessions for client teams linked to Singapore and wider Asia.

Preferred Background

Strong practical expertise in Time Management; prior experience delivering corporate learning or facilitation engagements; strong facilitation, practical examples, and the ability to move from concept to workplace application; able to tailor delivery for adult learners and client stakeholders.

  • A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
  • Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.

Strong fit for consultants, trainers, or practitioners with experience in professional skills, problem solving, emotional intelligence, or workplace effectiveness programmes and a track record of supporting professional capability-building initiatives.
