Client is seeking an experienced facilitator to deliver Culture Leadership training for senior managers, leadership teams, and transformation stakeholders in Lahore, Pakistan, and across Asia. The assignment suits a commercially credible facilitator who can help clients support senior decision-making, transformation, and strategic leadership capability.
What Success Looks Like
Delivery is expected to take place in a Hybrid format, with the engagement currently framed as Multi-Session Programme support.
- Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
- Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
- Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
- Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
- Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
- Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Culture Leadership content easier to apply after the session.
