We are building our pool of trusted professionals for Culture Leadership delivery and are now seeking a strong Subject Matter Trainer for client needs connected to Chattogram and Asia.

Role Overview

This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused trainer with hands-on Culture Leadership credibility and experience working with senior managers, leadership teams, and transformation stakeholders in Chattogram, Bangladesh, and across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients support senior decision-making, transformation, and strategic leadership capability.

The work is likely to involve practical corporate learning, facilitation, and knowledge transfer rather than purely theoretical instruction. We are prioritising trainers who can keep sessions structured, commercially relevant, and aligned with the client brief.

The expected delivery mode for this brief is In-Person, and the role should be approached as a Short Series requirement.

What You Will Support

• Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
• Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
• Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
• Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
• Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
• Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Culture Leadership content easier to apply after the session.

What We Are Looking For

Clear subject-matter credibility in Culture Leadership; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; senior-level credibility, strategic judgment, and the ability to facilitate thoughtful discussion with experienced professionals; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.

Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in strategy, transformation, executive capability, or senior leadership advisory work, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.

• Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
• Proven subject-matter credibility in Culture Leadership with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
• Availability for project-based work linked to Chattogram, Bangladesh, and wider Asia where relevant.
