Brief Overview

We are building our pool of trusted facilitators for Design Thinking & Innovation assignments across Asia. The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients support senior decision-making, transformation, and strategic leadership capability.

The requirement is centred on delivery quality, participant engagement, and the ability to align learning interventions with organisational priorities. Client-facing credibility will matter throughout the engagement.

Core Responsibilities

  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Design Thinking & Innovation content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured Design Thinking & Innovation training sessions for client teams linked to Tehran and wider Asia.
  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.

Candidate Background

  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
  • Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
  • Proven subject-matter credibility in Design Thinking & Innovation with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
  • Availability for project-based work linked to Tehran, Iran, and wider Asia where relevant.

Hands-on credibility in Design Thinking & Innovation; experience facilitating learning for business teams; senior-level credibility, strategic judgment, and the ability to facilitate thoughtful discussion with experienced professionals; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.

A good fit for independent trainers, consultants, or internal capability specialists whose background includes strategy, transformation, executive capability, or senior leadership advisory work in corporate or enterprise environments.

Expression of Interest

From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Short Series work delivered primarily in a Remote / Virtual environment.
