This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused instructor with hands-on Design Thinking & Innovation credibility and experience working with senior managers, leadership teams, and transformation stakeholders in Hangzhou, China, and across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients support senior decision-making, transformation, and strategic leadership capability.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Delivery is expected to take place in a In-Person format, with the engagement currently framed as Short Series support.
- Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Design Thinking & Innovation content easier to apply after the session.
- Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
- Deliver structured Design Thinking & Innovation training sessions for client teams linked to Hangzhou and wider Asia.
- Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
- Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
- Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
Preferred Background
Clear subject-matter credibility in Design Thinking & Innovation; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; senior-level credibility, strategic judgment, and the ability to facilitate thoughtful discussion with experienced professionals; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.
- Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
- Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
- Proven subject-matter credibility in Design Thinking & Innovation with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
- Availability for project-based work linked to Hangzhou, China, and wider Asia where relevant.
Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in strategy, transformation, executive capability, or senior leadership advisory work, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.
