Assignment Overview
This opportunity is targeted at a strong specialist trainer with proven Design Thinking & Innovation expertise and experience supporting senior managers, leadership teams, and transformation stakeholders across Asia. The brief focuses on practical delivery, stakeholder alignment, and high-quality learner engagement.
The requirement is centred on delivery quality, participant engagement, and the ability to align learning interventions with organisational priorities. Client-facing credibility will matter throughout the engagement.
Delivery is expected to take place in a Remote / Virtual format, with the engagement currently framed as Multi-Session Programme support.
Delivery Scope
- Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
- Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
- Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.

- Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
- Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Design Thinking & Innovation content easier to apply after the session.
Candidate Profile
Demonstrable expertise in Design Thinking & Innovation; confidence running workshops, training, or advisory sessions for corporate audiences; senior-level credibility, strategic judgment, and the ability to facilitate thoughtful discussion with experienced professionals; comfortable working in remote / virtual environments.
Ideal candidates will have worked across strategy, transformation, executive capability, or senior leadership advisory work, with the credibility to engage client stakeholders and deliver practical learning outcomes for business audiences.
- Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
- Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
- Proven subject-matter credibility in Design Thinking & Innovation with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
