This opportunity is targeted at a strong trainer with proven Executive Presence expertise and experience supporting senior managers, leadership teams, and transformation stakeholders across Asia. The brief focuses on practical delivery, stakeholder alignment, and high-quality learner engagement.

From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as One-Off Assignment work delivered primarily in a Remote / Virtual environment.

  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Executive Presence content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured Executive Presence training sessions for client teams linked to Hangzhou and wider Asia.
  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.

Demonstrable expertise in Executive Presence; confidence running workshops, training, or advisory sessions for corporate audiences; senior-level credibility, strategic judgment, and the ability to facilitate thoughtful discussion with experienced professionals; comfortable working in remote / virtual environments.

  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
  • Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
  • Proven subject-matter credibility in Executive Presence with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
