Ultimahub is expanding its trainer network for Executive Presence and is looking for a credible Contract Training Facilitator who can support assignments linked to Istanbul and wider regional demand.

Brief Overview

This opportunity is targeted at a strong facilitator with proven Executive Presence expertise and experience supporting senior managers, leadership teams, and transformation stakeholders across Asia. The brief focuses on practical delivery, stakeholder alignment, and high-quality learner engagement.

Assignments may range from focused workshops to short capability programmes, depending on the client scope, learner profile, and delivery context. The strongest candidates will be able to adapt content without losing clarity or commercial relevance.

From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Multi-Session Programme work delivered primarily in a In-Person environment.

Core Responsibilities

• Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
• Deliver structured Executive Presence training sessions for client teams linked to Istanbul and wider Asia.
• Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
• Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
• Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
• Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.

Candidate Background

Demonstrable expertise in Executive Presence; confidence running workshops, training, or advisory sessions for corporate audiences; senior-level credibility, strategic judgment, and the ability to facilitate thoughtful discussion with experienced professionals; comfortable working in in-person environments.

Ideal candidates will have worked across strategy, transformation, executive capability, or senior leadership advisory work, with the credibility to engage client stakeholders and deliver practical learning outcomes for business audiences.
