Client is seeking an experienced specialist trainer to deliver Executive Presence training for senior managers, leadership teams, and transformation stakeholders in Makati, Philippines, and across Asia. The assignment suits a commercially credible facilitator who can help clients support senior decision-making, transformation, and strategic leadership capability.

We expect this work to suit trainers who are organised, responsive, and comfortable shaping delivery around business context, participant maturity, and operational realities.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
• Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
• Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
• Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
• Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Executive Presence content easier to apply after the session.

Preferred Background

• Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
