Shanghai Programme Coach – Executive Presence

This role supports the growth of our Executive Presence trainer pool and would suit a credible Programme Coach available for assignments associated with Shanghai.

Assignment Overview

We expect this work to suit trainers who are organised, responsive, and comfortable shaping delivery around business context, participant maturity, and operational realities.

We are building our pool of trusted coachs for Executive Presence assignments across Asia. The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients support senior decision-making, transformation, and strategic leadership capability.

Delivery Scope

From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Coaching work delivered primarily in a In-Person environment.

  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured Executive Presence training sessions for client teams linked to Shanghai and wider Asia.
  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
  • Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
  • Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
  • Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.

Candidate Profile

Hands-on credibility in Executive Presence; experience facilitating learning for business teams; senior-level credibility, strategic judgment, and the ability to facilitate thoughtful discussion with experienced professionals; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.

  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
  • Proven subject-matter credibility in Executive Presence with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
  • Availability for project-based work linked to Shanghai, China, and wider Asia where relevant.
  • Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.

A good fit for independent trainers, consultants, or internal capability specialists whose background includes strategy, transformation, executive capability, or senior leadership advisory work in corporate or enterprise environments.
