Riyadh APAC Training Advisor – Leading Through Change

We are seeking a delivery-ready APAC Training Advisor with proven Leading Through Change capability for assignments connected to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and broader Asia.

Position Summary

This opportunity is best suited to practitioners who can deliver credible learning interventions while maintaining pace, clarity, and client trust across live sessions and preparation stages.

This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused advisor with hands-on Leading Through Change credibility and experience working with senior managers, leadership teams, and transformation stakeholders in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients support senior decision-making, transformation, and strategic leadership capability.

What Success Looks Like

Delivery is expected to take place in a In-Person format, with the engagement currently framed as Multi-Session Programme support.

  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Leading Through Change content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured Leading Through Change training sessions for client teams linked to Riyadh and wider Asia.
  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.

Who This Would Suit

Clear subject-matter credibility in Leading Through Change; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; senior-level credibility, strategic judgment, and the ability to facilitate thoughtful discussion with experienced professionals; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.
