Ultimahub is expanding its trainer network for Management Professional and is looking for a credible In-House Trainer who can support assignments linked to Ho Chi Minh City and wider regional demand.

Role Overview

We are building our pool of trusted trainers for Management Professional assignments across Asia. The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients support senior decision-making, transformation, and strategic leadership capability.

The role is intended for trainers who can move comfortably between subject expertise, stakeholder discussion, and practical learner application. Sessions should remain relevant to real workplace use rather than abstract theory.

What You Will Support

• Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
• Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
• Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
• Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
• Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Management Professional content easier to apply after the session.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven subject-matter credibility in Management Professional with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
• Availability for project-based work linked to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and wider Asia where relevant.
• Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
• Comfort operating in In-Person settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
• A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.

Hands-on credibility in Management Professional; experience facilitating learning for business teams; senior-level credibility, strategic judgment, and the ability to facilitate thoughtful discussion with experienced professionals; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.

A good fit for independent trainers, consultants, or internal capability specialists whose background includes strategy, transformation, executive capability, or senior leadership advisory work in corporate or enterprise environments.
