Makati-Based Regional Training Consultant – Management Professional

We are building our pool of trusted professionals for Management Professional delivery and are now seeking a strong Regional Training Consultant for client needs connected to Makati and Asia.

Position Summary

An upcoming client brief requires a capable consultant who can lead Management Professional learning engagements for senior managers, leadership teams, and transformation stakeholders across Asia. Success in the role depends on practical facilitation, business relevance, and the ability to help clients support senior decision-making, transformation, and strategic leadership capability.

Assignments may range from focused workshops to short capability programmes, depending on the client scope, learner profile, and delivery context. The strongest candidates will be able to adapt content without losing clarity or commercial relevance.

From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Consulting work delivered primarily in a In-Person environment.

What Success Looks Like

  • Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
  • Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Management Professional content easier to apply after the session.

Who This Would Suit

Relevant practitioner-level experience in Management Professional; strong facilitation and stakeholder communication; senior-level credibility, strategic judgment, and the ability to facilitate thoughtful discussion with experienced professionals; able to structure sessions that balance concept, discussion, and application.

Preferred candidates will bring exposure to strategy, transformation, executive capability, or senior leadership advisory work, along with experience working with managers, professional learners, or client-facing business teams.

  • A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
  • Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
