The assignment suits a commercially credible facilitator who can help clients support senior decision-making, transformation, and strategic leadership capability.

Assignments may range from focused workshops to short capability programmes, depending on the client scope, learner profile, and delivery context. The strongest candidates will be able to adapt content without losing clarity or commercial relevance.

What Success Looks Like

• Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Management Professional content easier to apply after the session.
• Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
• Deliver structured Management Professional training sessions for client teams linked to Singapore and wider Asia.
• Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
