We are interested in hearing from experienced Corporate Trainer professionals who can deliver Stakeholder Management training for organisations operating in and around Nagoya.
Role Overview
This opportunity is best suited to practitioners who can deliver credible learning interventions while maintaining pace, clarity, and client trust across live sessions and preparation stages.
This opportunity is targeted at a strong trainer with proven Stakeholder Management expertise and experience supporting senior managers, leadership teams, and transformation stakeholders across Asia. The brief focuses on practical delivery, stakeholder alignment, and high-quality learner engagement.
What You Will Support
From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Short Series work delivered primarily in a In-Person environment.
- Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
- Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
- Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
- Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
- Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Stakeholder Management content easier to apply after the session.
- Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
What We Are Looking For
Demonstrable expertise in Stakeholder Management; confidence running workshops, training, or advisory sessions for corporate audiences; senior-level credibility, strategic judgment, and the ability to facilitate thoughtful discussion with experienced professionals; comfortable working in in-person environments.
- Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
- Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
- Proven subject-matter credibility in Stakeholder Management with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
- Availability for project-based work linked to Nagoya, Japan, and wider Asia where relevant.
Ideal candidates will have worked across strategy, transformation, executive capability, or senior leadership advisory work, with the credibility to engage client stakeholders and deliver practical learning outcomes for business audiences.
