What You Will Support

• Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
• Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
• Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
• Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
• Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.

What We Are Looking For

Demonstrable expertise in Strategic Communication; confidence running workshops, training, or advisory sessions for corporate audiences; senior-level credibility, strategic judgment, and the ability to facilitate thoughtful discussion with experienced professionals; comfortable working in hybrid environments.
