Ultimahub is expanding its trainer network for Strategic Communication and is looking for a credible Client-Facing Trainer who can support assignments linked to Da Nang and wider regional demand.

This opportunity is best suited to practitioners who can deliver credible learning interventions while maintaining pace, clarity, and client trust across live sessions and preparation stages.

We are building our pool of trusted trainers for Strategic Communication assignments across Asia. The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients support senior decision-making, transformation, and strategic leadership capability.

Delivery Scope

Delivery is expected to take place in a Remote / Virtual format, with the engagement currently framed as Short Series support.

  • Deliver structured Strategic Communication training sessions for client teams linked to Da Nang and wider Asia.
  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
  • Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
  • Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
  • Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.

Candidate Profile

Hands-on credibility in Strategic Communication; experience facilitating learning for business teams; senior-level credibility, strategic judgment, and the ability to facilitate thoughtful discussion with experienced professionals; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.

  • Comfort operating in Remote / Virtual settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
  • A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
  • Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.

A good fit for independent trainers, consultants, or internal capability specialists whose background includes strategy, transformation, executive capability, or senior leadership advisory work in corporate or enterprise environments.
