Fuzhou-Based Corporate Trainer – Strategic Decision Making

This role supports the growth of our Strategic Decision Making trainer pool and would suit a credible Corporate Trainer available for assignments associated with Fuzhou.

Position Summary

This opportunity is targeted at a strong trainer with proven Strategic Decision Making expertise and experience supporting senior managers, leadership teams, and transformation stakeholders in Fuzhou, China, and across Asia. The brief focuses on practical delivery, stakeholder alignment, and high-quality learner engagement.

What Success Looks Like

  • Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
