Client is seeking an experienced trainer to deliver Strategic Thinking training for senior managers, leadership teams, and transformation stakeholders in Bengaluru, India, and across Asia. The assignment suits a commercially credible facilitator who can help clients support senior decision-making, transformation, and strategic leadership capability.

What You Will Support

From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Multi-Session Programme work delivered primarily in a Hybrid environment.

• Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Strategic Thinking content easier to apply after the session.
• Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
• Deliver structured Strategic Thinking training sessions for client teams linked to Bengaluru and wider Asia.
• Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
• Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
• Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.

What We Are Looking For

Strong practical expertise in Strategic Thinking; prior experience delivering corporate learning or facilitation engagements; senior-level credibility, strategic judgment, and the ability to facilitate thoughtful discussion with experienced professionals; able to tailor delivery for adult learners and client stakeholders.

• A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
• Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
• Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
