Client is seeking an experienced trainer to deliver Strategic Thinking training for senior managers, leadership teams, and transformation stakeholders in Kathmandu, Nepal, and across Asia. The assignment suits a commercially credible facilitator who can help clients support senior decision-making, transformation, and strategic leadership capability.

This brief is designed for professionals who can balance subject-matter depth with applied facilitation. Strong judgement, audience awareness, and the ability to keep training outcome-focused will be important.

What You Will Support

  • Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Strategic Thinking content easier to apply after the session.

What We Are Looking For
