Candidate Profile

• Proven subject-matter credibility in Collaboration & Teamwork with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
• Availability for project-based work linked to Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, and wider Asia where relevant.
• Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
• Comfort operating in Remote / Virtual settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.

Demonstrable expertise in Collaboration & Teamwork; confidence running workshops, training, or advisory sessions for corporate audiences; strong facilitation, practical examples, and the ability to move from concept to workplace application; comfortable working in remote / virtual environments.

Ideal candidates will have worked across professional skills, problem solving, emotional intelligence, or workplace effectiveness programmes, with the credibility to engage client stakeholders and deliver practical learning outcomes for business audiences.
