We are building our pool of trusted professionals for Emotional Intelligence delivery and are now seeking a strong Freelance Corporate Trainer for client needs connected to Abu Dhabi and Asia.

Role Overview

This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused trainer with hands-on Emotional Intelligence credibility and experience working with corporate teams, individual contributors, and managers in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, and across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients strengthen professional effectiveness, collaboration, and day-to-day judgment.

The role is intended for trainers who can move comfortably between subject expertise, stakeholder discussion, and practical learner application. Sessions should remain relevant to real workplace use rather than abstract theory.

What You Will Support

• Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Emotional Intelligence content easier to apply after the session.
• Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
• Deliver structured Emotional Intelligence training sessions for client teams linked to Abu Dhabi and wider Asia.
• Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
• Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.

What We Are Looking For

• Comfort operating in Remote / Virtual settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
• A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
• Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
• Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.

Clear subject-matter credibility in Emotional Intelligence; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; strong facilitation, practical examples, and the ability to move from concept to workplace application; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.

Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in professional skills, problem solving, emotional intelligence, or workplace effectiveness programmes, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.
