We are building our pool of trusted professionals for Presentation & Public Speaking delivery and are now seeking a strong Programme Coach for client needs connected to Abu Dhabi and Asia.

Role Overview

The requirement is centred on delivery quality, participant engagement, and the ability to align learning interventions with organisational priorities. Client-facing credibility will matter throughout the engagement.

This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused coach with hands-on Presentation & Public Speaking credibility and experience working with managers, team leads, and client-facing professionals across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients improve communication quality, influence, and stakeholder alignment in the workplace.

What You Will Support

From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Coaching work delivered primarily in a In-Person environment.

• Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Presentation & Public Speaking content easier to apply after the session.
• Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
• Deliver structured Presentation & Public Speaking training sessions for client teams linked to Abu Dhabi and wider Asia.
• Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
• Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
• Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.

What We Are Looking For

Clear subject-matter credibility in Presentation & Public Speaking; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; excellent facilitation, coaching instincts, and the ability to use examples, role-play, and feedback effectively; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.

• Availability for project-based work linked to Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, and wider Asia where relevant.
• Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
• Comfort operating in In-Person settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
• A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.

Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in business communication, presentation, facilitation, or stakeholder management programmes, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.
