Ultimahub is expanding its trainer network for Agile & Scrum and is looking for a credible Freelance Corporate Trainer who can support assignments linked to Kaohsiung and wider regional demand.

Position Summary

The requirement is centred on delivery quality, participant engagement, and the ability to align learning interventions with organisational priorities. Client-facing credibility will matter throughout the engagement.

Client is seeking an experienced trainer to deliver Agile & Scrum training for operations teams, project stakeholders, and process owners in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, and across Asia. The assignment suits a commercially credible facilitator who can help clients improve process discipline, service reliability, and operational performance.

What Success Looks Like

From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Multi-Session Programme work delivered primarily in a Hybrid environment.

• Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
• Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
• Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Agile & Scrum content easier to apply after the session.
• Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
• Deliver structured Agile & Scrum training sessions for client teams linked to Kaohsiung and wider Asia.
• Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
