This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused trainer with hands-on Onboarding & Retention credibility and experience working with HR teams, managers, and leadership populations in Almaty, Kazakhstan, and across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients develop people capability, talent practices, and manager effectiveness.
The requirement is centred on delivery quality, participant engagement, and the ability to align learning interventions with organisational priorities. Client-facing credibility will matter throughout the engagement.
From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Multi-Session Programme work delivered primarily in a Hybrid environment.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Onboarding & Retention content easier to apply after the session.
- Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
- Deliver structured Onboarding & Retention training sessions for client teams linked to Almaty and wider Asia.
- Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
- Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
- Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
Preferred Background
Clear subject-matter credibility in Onboarding & Retention; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; strong consulting judgment, facilitation skill, and the ability to connect people topics to business outcomes; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.
Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in HR, talent management, leadership development, learning and development, or organisation development, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.
- Availability for project-based work linked to Almaty, Kazakhstan, and wider Asia where relevant.
