We are building our pool of trusted professionals for Cloud Fundamentals delivery and are now seeking a strong Senior Facilitator for client needs connected to Amman and Asia.

Position Summary

The work is likely to involve practical corporate learning, facilitation, and knowledge transfer rather than purely theoretical instruction. We are prioritising trainers who can keep sessions structured, commercially relevant, and aligned with the client brief.

An upcoming client brief requires a capable facilitator who can lead Cloud Fundamentals learning engagements for technical teams, business stakeholders, and project users across Asia. Success in the role depends on practical facilitation, business relevance, and the ability to help clients support technical enablement, systems confidence, and cross-functional adoption.

What Success Looks Like

From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Short Series work delivered primarily in a In-Person environment.

• Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
• Deliver structured Cloud Fundamentals training sessions for client teams linked to Amman and wider Asia.
• Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
• Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
• Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
• Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.

Who This Would Suit

Relevant practitioner-level experience in Cloud Fundamentals; strong facilitation and stakeholder communication; strong technical credibility, the ability to simplify complex concepts, and confidence working with mixed audiences; able to structure sessions that balance concept, discussion, and application.

• A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
• Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
• Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.

Preferred candidates will bring exposure to cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology training, along with experience working with managers, professional learners, or client-facing business teams.
