Client is seeking an experienced advisor to deliver Data & Reporting training for professional staff, reporting teams, and business users across Asia. The assignment suits a commercially credible facilitator who can help clients improve digital productivity, reporting accuracy, and workplace efficiency.

The role is intended for trainers who can move comfortably between subject expertise, stakeholder discussion, and practical learner application. Sessions should remain relevant to real workplace use rather than abstract theory.

The expected delivery mode for this brief is Hybrid, and the role should be approached as a Consulting requirement.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
• Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
• Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
• Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
• Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
• Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Data & Reporting content easier to apply after the session.

Preferred Background

Strong practical expertise in Data & Reporting; prior experience delivering corporate learning or facilitation engagements; hands-on capability, demonstration-led delivery, and the ability to build learner confidence through practice; able to tailor delivery for adult learners and client stakeholders.

Strong fit for consultants, trainers, or practitioners with experience in Excel, analytics, reporting, Microsoft 365, or digital productivity programmes and a track record of supporting professional capability-building initiatives.

• Availability for project-based work linked to Muscat, Oman, and wider Asia where relevant.
• Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
• Comfort operating in Hybrid settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
