APAC Training Advisor – Delegation & Accountability – Bengaluru

Client is seeking an experienced advisor to deliver Delegation & Accountability training for people managers, supervisors, and team leads across Asia. The assignment suits a commercially credible facilitator who can help clients build stronger people managers and more effective team leadership.

What Success Looks Like

The expected delivery mode for this brief is In-Person, and the role should be approached as a Consulting requirement.

  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Delegation & Accountability content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured Delegation & Accountability training sessions for client teams linked to Bengaluru and wider Asia.

Who This Would Suit

Strong practical expertise in Delegation & Accountability; prior experience delivering corporate learning or facilitation engagements; credible management experience, facilitation maturity, and strong behavioural coaching capability; able to tailor delivery for adult learners and client stakeholders.

  • Proven subject-matter credibility in Delegation & Accountability with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
  • Availability for project-based work linked to Bengaluru, India, and wider Asia where relevant.
  • Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
  • Comfort operating in In-Person settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.

Strong fit for consultants, trainers, or practitioners with experience in people management, manager capability, team leadership, or change leadership and a track record of supporting professional capability-building initiatives.
