We are interested in hearing from experienced APAC Training Advisor professionals who can deliver Executive Communication training for organisations operating in and around Shenzhen.
Brief Overview
Assignments may range from focused workshops to short capability programmes, depending on the client scope, learner profile, and delivery context. The strongest candidates will be able to adapt content without losing clarity or commercial relevance.
This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused advisor with hands-on Executive Communication credibility and experience working with managers, team leads, and client-facing professionals in Shenzhen, China, and across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients improve communication quality, influence, and stakeholder alignment in the workplace.
Core Responsibilities
Delivery is expected to take place in a Hybrid format, with the engagement currently framed as Consulting support.
- Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
- Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Executive Communication content easier to apply after the session.
- Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
- Deliver structured Executive Communication training sessions for client teams linked to Shenzhen and wider Asia.
- Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
- Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
Candidate Background
Clear subject-matter credibility in Executive Communication; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; excellent facilitation, coaching instincts, and the ability to use examples, role-play, and feedback effectively; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
- Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
- Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
- Proven subject-matter credibility in Executive Communication with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in business communication, presentation, facilitation, or stakeholder management programmes, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.
