APAC Training Advisor for First-Time Manager – Xi’an

Ultimahub is expanding its trainer network for First-Time Manager and is looking for a credible APAC Training Advisor who can support assignments linked to Xi’an and wider regional demand.

Candidate Background

Demonstrable expertise in First-Time Manager; confidence running workshops, training, or advisory sessions for corporate audiences; credible management experience, facilitation maturity, and strong behavioural coaching capability; comfortable working in hybrid environments.

Ideal candidates will have worked across people management, manager capability, team leadership, or change leadership, with the credibility to engage client stakeholders and deliver practical learning outcomes for business audiences.
