APAC Training Advisor for Systems Rollout Training – Hong Kong

We are interested in hearing from experienced APAC Training Advisor professionals who can deliver Systems Rollout Training training for organisations operating in and around Hong Kong.

What You Will Support

Delivery is expected to take place in a Hybrid format, with the engagement currently framed as Consulting support.

  • Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Systems Rollout Training content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.

What We Are Looking For

Clear subject-matter credibility in Systems Rollout Training; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; practical systems knowledge, strong process understanding, and the ability to translate configuration or workflow into user-friendly learning; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.

  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
  • Proven subject-matter credibility in Systems Rollout Training with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
  • Availability for project-based work linked to Hong Kong, Hong Kong, and wider Asia where relevant.
  • Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.

Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in ERP consulting, systems implementation, enterprise process training, or user enablement, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.
