APAC Training Advisor – Information Security Compliance – Beijing

Client demand in Information Security Compliance continues to develop, and we are adding capable APAC Training Advisor profiles for work tied to Beijing and regional corporate teams.

Position Summary

An upcoming client brief requires a capable advisor who can lead Information Security Compliance learning engagements for regulated teams, managers, and corporate employees in Beijing, China, and across Asia. Success in the role depends on practical facilitation, business relevance, and the ability to help clients strengthen awareness, control discipline, and day-to-day compliance behaviour.

The assignment requires a trainer who can structure material clearly, manage professional audiences confidently, and adapt delivery to different sectors, teams, and levels of experience.

Delivery is expected to take place in a Hybrid format, with the engagement currently framed as Multi-Session Programme support.

What Success Looks Like

  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Information Security Compliance content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured Information Security Compliance training sessions for client teams linked to Beijing and wider Asia.
  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
  • Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.

Who This Would Suit

Relevant practitioner-level experience in Information Security Compliance; strong facilitation and stakeholder communication; strong command of policy-driven content, risk themes, and practical behaviour-based learning design; able to structure sessions that balance concept, discussion, and application.

Preferred candidates will bring exposure to compliance, risk, governance, ethics, or regulated-environment training, along with experience working with managers, professional learners, or client-facing business teams.

  • Comfort operating in Hybrid settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
  • A professional background that supports credibility with enterprise, multinational, or client-facing training audiences.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
