We are building our pool of trusted advisors for Leadership Development assignments across Asia. The role would suit a practitioner who can tailor content to client context, learner level, and business objectives while helping clients build stronger people managers and more effective team leadership.
What Success Looks Like
From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Consulting work delivered primarily in a Hybrid environment.
- Deliver structured Leadership Development training sessions for client teams linked to George Town and wider Asia.
- Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
- Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
- Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
- Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
- Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
Who This Would Suit
Hands-on credibility in Leadership Development; experience facilitating learning for business teams; credible management experience, facilitation maturity, and strong behavioural coaching capability; able to adapt delivery style, examples, and exercises to different participant groups.

- Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
- Comfort operating in Hybrid settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
