APAC Training Advisor – Leading Through Change (Beijing)

For upcoming Leading Through Change briefs, we are looking for a strong APAC Training Advisor who can engage professional audiences linked to Beijing and surrounding markets.

Position Summary

The role is intended for trainers who can move comfortably between subject expertise, stakeholder discussion, and practical learner application. Sessions should remain relevant to real workplace use rather than abstract theory.

Client is seeking an experienced advisor to deliver Leading Through Change training for senior managers, leadership teams, and transformation stakeholders across Asia. The assignment suits a commercially credible facilitator who can help clients support senior decision-making, transformation, and strategic leadership capability.

What Success Looks Like

Delivery is expected to take place in a In-Person format, with the engagement currently framed as Consulting support.

  • Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
  • Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
  • Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
  • Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
  • Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.

Who This Would Suit

Strong practical expertise in Leading Through Change; prior experience delivering corporate learning or facilitation engagements; senior-level credibility, strategic judgment, and the ability to facilitate thoughtful discussion with experienced professionals; able to tailor delivery for adult learners and client stakeholders.

  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
  • Proven subject-matter credibility in Leading Through Change with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
  • Availability for project-based work linked to Beijing, China, and wider Asia where relevant.
  • Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.

Strong fit for consultants, trainers, or practitioners with experience in strategy, transformation, executive capability, or senior leadership advisory work and a track record of supporting professional capability-building initiatives.
