Brief Overview

This opportunity is targeted at a strong advisor with proven Low-Code / No-Code Tools expertise and experience supporting professional teams, managers, and cross-functional business users in Bandung, Indonesia, and across Asia. The brief focuses on practical delivery, stakeholder alignment, and high-quality learner engagement.

Assignments may range from focused workshops to short capability programmes, depending on the client scope, learner profile, and delivery context. The strongest candidates will be able to adapt content without losing clarity or commercial relevance.

Core Responsibilities

• Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
• Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
• Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.
• Support participants with examples, clarifications, and implementation guidance that reduce the gap between theory and day-to-day application.
• Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.

Candidate Background

• Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
• Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
• Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
• Proven subject-matter credibility in Low-Code / No-Code Tools with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
• Availability for project-based work linked to Bandung, Indonesia, and wider Asia where relevant.

Demonstrable expertise in Low-Code / No-Code Tools; confidence running workshops, training, or advisory sessions for corporate audiences; commercial understanding of AI tools, business application scenarios, and safe adoption practices; comfortable working in hybrid environments.

Ideal candidates will have worked across AI adoption, automation, digital transformation, or business technology enablement, with the credibility to engage client stakeholders and deliver practical learning outcomes for business audiences.
