APAC Training Advisor – Onboarding & Retention (Zhengzhou)

Client demand in Onboarding & Retention continues to develop, and we are adding capable APAC Training Advisor profiles for work tied to Zhengzhou and regional corporate teams.

Assignment Overview

This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused advisor with hands-on Onboarding & Retention credibility and experience working with HR teams, managers, and leadership populations in Zhengzhou, China, and across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients develop people capability, talent practices, and manager effectiveness.

The assignment requires a trainer who can structure material clearly, manage professional audiences confidently, and adapt delivery to different sectors, teams, and levels of experience.

The current requirement points to Hybrid delivery and should suit someone comfortable supporting Multi-Session Programme projects.

Delivery Scope

  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Onboarding & Retention content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured Onboarding & Retention training sessions for client teams linked to Zhengzhou and wider Asia.
  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
  • Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.
  • Translate complex ideas into practical guidance, examples, and decision-making frameworks that participants can use in the workplace.

Candidate Profile

Clear subject-matter credibility in Onboarding & Retention; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; strong consulting judgment, facilitation skill, and the ability to connect people topics to business outcomes; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.

Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in HR, talent management, leadership development, learning and development, or organisation development, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.

  • Availability for project-based work linked to Zhengzhou, China, and wider Asia where relevant.
  • Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
  • Comfort operating in Hybrid settings and handling the logistical realities of live corporate delivery.
