Role Overview

An upcoming client brief requires a capable advisor who can lead Procurement & Vendor Management learning engagements for operations teams, project stakeholders, and process owners in Indore, India, and across Asia. Success in the role depends on practical facilitation, business relevance, and the ability to help clients improve process discipline, service reliability, and operational performance.

The requirement is centred on delivery quality, participant engagement, and the ability to align learning interventions with organisational priorities. Client-facing credibility will matter throughout the engagement.

From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Multi-Session Programme work delivered primarily in a Hybrid environment.

What You Will Support

  • Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
  • Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Procurement & Vendor Management content easier to apply after the session.
  • Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
  • Deliver structured Procurement & Vendor Management training sessions for client teams linked to Indore and wider Asia.
  • Maintain strong session control, learner engagement, and professional delivery standards across preparation and live facilitation.
  • Coordinate effectively with client stakeholders and internal contacts on objectives, timelines, and expected learner outcomes.

What We Are Looking For

Relevant practitioner-level experience in Procurement & Vendor Management; strong facilitation and stakeholder communication; strong operational credibility, structured thinking, and the ability to link process content to workplace execution; able to structure sessions that balance concept, discussion, and application.

Preferred candidates will bring exposure to operations improvement, project delivery, procurement, quality, or supply chain capability building, along with experience working with managers, professional learners, or client-facing business teams.

  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex material in a clear and applied way.
  • Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
  • Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
