We are seeking a delivery-ready APAC Training Advisor with proven Emotional Intelligence capability for assignments connected to Xi’an, China, and broader Asia.
Position Summary
This scheduled role is suited to a delivery-focused advisor with hands-on Emotional Intelligence credibility and experience working with corporate teams, individual contributors, and managers in Xi’an, China, and across Asia. The work centres on practical application, learner confidence, and helping clients strengthen professional effectiveness, collaboration, and day-to-day judgment.
The assignment requires a trainer who can structure material clearly, manage professional audiences confidently, and adapt delivery to different sectors, teams, and levels of experience.
From an operational perspective, the assignment is best viewed as Multi-Session Programme work delivered primarily in a In-Person environment.
What Success Looks Like
- Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
- Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
- Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
- Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Emotional Intelligence content easier to apply after the session.
- Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
- Deliver structured Emotional Intelligence training sessions for client teams linked to Xi’an and wider Asia.
Who This Would Suit
Clear subject-matter credibility in Emotional Intelligence; prior exposure to multinational or enterprise audiences; strong facilitation, practical examples, and the ability to move from concept to workplace application; confident supporting learners with practical examples, tools, and Q&A.
Best suited to professionals with backgrounds in professional skills, problem solving, emotional intelligence, or workplace effectiveness programmes, ideally with experience working with multinational clients or enterprise teams in Asia.
- Proven subject-matter credibility in Emotional Intelligence with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
- Availability for project-based work linked to Xi’an, China, and wider Asia where relevant.
- Good judgement around pacing, audience engagement, and the balance between technical depth and usability.
