We are seeking a delivery-ready Workshop Facilitator with proven Agile & Scrum capability for assignments connected to Bangkok, Thailand, and broader Asia.
Position Summary
The work is likely to involve practical corporate learning, facilitation, and knowledge transfer rather than purely theoretical instruction. We are prioritising trainers who can keep sessions structured, commercially relevant, and aligned with the client brief.
An upcoming client brief requires a capable facilitator who can lead Agile & Scrum learning engagements for operations teams, project stakeholders, and process owners across Asia. Success in the role depends on practical facilitation, business relevance, and the ability to help clients improve process discipline, service reliability, and operational performance.
What Success Looks Like
Delivery is expected to take place in a Hybrid format, with the engagement currently framed as Short Series support.
- Refine materials where needed so the programme remains current, usable, and appropriate for the target audience.
- Adapt delivery to the client brief, participant seniority, and the sector context without losing clarity or pace.
- Keep the learning intervention aligned with business priorities, not just topic coverage, so the work delivers visible value to the client.
- Use practical case studies, scenarios, tools, or workflows to make Agile & Scrum content easier to apply after the session.
- Facilitate discussion, questions, and applied exercises in a way that keeps learning commercially relevant and outcome-focused.
- Deliver structured Agile & Scrum training sessions for client teams linked to Bangkok and wider Asia.
Who This Would Suit
Relevant practitioner-level experience in Agile & Scrum; strong facilitation and stakeholder communication; strong operational credibility, structured thinking, and the ability to link process content to workplace execution; able to structure sessions that balance concept, discussion, and application.
- Confidence working with client stakeholders and adjusting delivery to different business contexts, sectors, and learner groups.
- Previous experience delivering training, workshops, facilitation, coaching, or advisory work for professional audiences.
- Proven subject-matter credibility in Agile & Scrum with evidence of practical business or corporate application.
- Availability for project-based work linked to Bangkok, Thailand, and wider Asia where relevant.
Preferred candidates will bring exposure to operations improvement, project delivery, procurement, quality, or supply chain capability building, along with experience working with managers, professional learners, or client-facing business teams.
